About us
Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance the spiritual, mystical, and metaphysical awareness and consciousness of our community by sponsoring programs that facilitate personal growth and development and a holistic approach to health and living. We are not affiliated with any religious organization.
What We Do
We sponsor meetings on the first Thursday evening of each month (except July). We also sponsor occasional weekend workshops and/or private sessions with some of our out-of-town presenters.
Every month we precede our talks with a free 30 minute meditation.
Our lecture topics have included kinesiology, astrology, near-death experiences (NDEs), psychic phenomena, tarot and energy healing modalities and much more. SFF is open to suggestions for lectures on subjects that would interest our audience.

We are a not-for-profit, volunteer organization that has been serving the Triangle metaphysical community since 1973.
