User Persona Workshop

Presentation followed by hands-on workshop.
The key to designing a successful user experience is knowing your users. Who are they? What do they need? What problems do they face? User personas are created to be the voice of those users.
This session will start with a short introduction to what personas are, why they are important, and the pitfalls to avoid. Followed by a workshop where attendees will work together and go through the process of creating a user persona.
Attendees will walk away with an introductory idea of what user personas are and how to create personas for their own projects.
