“This is a group for anyone interested in fitness activities based around speed and agility training. It is perfect for the "weekend warrior" athlete that wants to improve their speed and agility for their sport. It is also great for anyone looking to change up their normal fitness workouts. In addition to workouts, we will also be offering opportunities to discuss topics related to sports performance training. As a bonus, we're going to have lots of FUN while doing all of this.
