We welcome Women & Men and Families to join in in our Meetups. Everyone walks at their own pace, you meet new friends, you'll feel better about yourself, you'll smile & you will create new memories.
Our calendar is open to all of our Fitness Walkers - YOU can schedule a walk at your favorite location and time. Be sure it's in a safe & welcoming environment.
Please check our calendar regularly since there are new walks scheduled frequently
Just a Few Requirements:
1) Post a profile picture of yourself 2) Wear comfortable clothing
3) Allow yourself time for stretches
4) Wear a Smile
Also, if you RSVP YES for a Fitness Walk and need to cancel, please change your RSVP. Most of us are on a schedule and some of us plan the day around this hour.

Jane Summa - (previous Organizer) - In 2015 I let it be known that I was stepping out of the group - Leslie Taylor stepped up to keep this group going. Being an organizer for 4 years, it was time for this group to have a change. I'm a believer in One Simple Change. Since then, Janet Fryar ( a long time member of this group) joined Leslie in the organization and participation of events. This group is addicting and I am back as a participant, co-organizer, friend & accountability partner. Please help support these ladies and let them help in supporting you; your fitness needs and goals. Together as a team, we can achieve -

As a matter of fact, we encourage you to schedule a walk! Everyone's schedules are different & if we have a variety of walks on the calendar, we will grow as a group & meet other like minded people. Just click on the calendar on the left side of the Spring TX Fitness Walkers meetup page... find the day that fits your schedule and click on the calendar icon of that day.
