More about guest speaker Mark MacLeod:
Since 1999, Mark has been leading finance and operations for angel and VC-backed startups in software, communications and the web. Over the years, he has worked with some great startups, entrepreneurs and investors, and has gained exposure to many aspects of company-building from running alliances to corporate development, support, operations and everything in between.
In March of 2009, he changed his model from working with one startup at a time to working with many, either as CFO or advisor. His work is focused on funding, growth, back office, and exits. Read more about Mark on his blog, Startup CFO (https://www.startupcfo.ca/), or ask him a question on Sprouter (https://ask.sprouter.com/startupcfo).
