*FACE to FACE EVENT
We all experience grief in our lives, whether it emanates from a loss, or our childhood upbringing, or something we wanted but never had, it's common to us all.
We learn ways of dealing with it in life. Either recognising it, and facing it, or burying it and hiding it. Grief has it's place in all of us and rears itself, coming to the fore when restimulated. We are not a therapy group but we do like to discuss topics which lay deeper than your average conversation. There's no requirement to touch or access your own personal grief, but discussing this topic at a level which is comfortable for you may open a few doors and give you a fresh perspective.

talk followed by discussion
