ConsciousCafe is about bringing people together to create deep and profound connections through conversation and learning. Our aim is raise consciousness one conversation at a time. We want you to leave feeling full of energy and curious about the wonder and meaning of life. It is an opportunity to meet with likeminded people, have conscious conversations and share ideas.

How is your dream life? Dreams are an important aspect of many teachings in the world of both psychology and spirituality. Carl Jung believed that dreams are the bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind. * Do you try to recall your dreams? * Do you think that dreams help you to find solutions to real life problems? Bring a dream! Bring along a dream and we'll pair up to discuss our dreams together in pairs. Please come and join us for an evening of dreamy conversation on Monday January 28th. Cost is £5 on the door to cover tea, coffee and cakes. Bring along your curiosity, your willingness to listen and your open mind. We aim to bring you together with like-minded people who want to explore and expand personal growth, to increase self-awareness and to engage in conscious conversations which create deeper connections with one another. Nicola believes in the importance of community and connection in an era of increasing social isolation. She is passionate about creating spaces where deeper connection can happen. Nicola is also a Sex and Relationship Therapist (www.nicola-foster.com) and Teacher and a facilitator of Family and Systemic Constellations and she lives in Berkhamsted.
