This group is all about going for long walks through nature and being surrounded by streams, grass, hills and anything else that may surround us on our walks. Its a chance to unwind, put your wellies or hiking boots on and embrace the beauty of nature, breathing in the fresh air whilst keeping fit and being with like minded people.
Anyone who loves to walk and love nature can come along!
We will go for a walk in and around St Albans normally starting near Westminster Lodge, St Albans and going from there. walks normally last up to 2 hours. Every walk will have a slightly different route and we get to have a break half way through where we can have alone time to journal or eat a snack.
Come with comfortable boots, wellies and a snack, water, ready to embrace the sounds and sights of nature without chatting loudly.
Think of it as a mindful walk where we connect just by being together.
