Are you tired of doing the same old weight lifting or treadmill routine at the gym? Do you think that working out is just plain boring? Not with us, you won't!
Come join us and reinvigorate your workout routine with the St Louis Cardio Kickboxing Club! The group focuses on using boxing and kickboxing techniques for cardio and fitness purposes. During the meetup, we will show you some basic boxing and kick boxing techniques, work with you on mitts and pads, and set up a training circuit to help you with your endurance, strength, and mental fortitude. All levels of fitness and experience are welcomed; we will do our best to accommodate you based on your fitness level and experience so don't be shy :)
Recommended gears: •14 or 16 oz boxing gloves (the price range is between $20 to over $100 - personally, the $20 would work just fine for our purposes) •Boxing hand wraps to protect your hands (price is about $7)
Location: Ravens Ridge MMA & Fitness Club in Shrewsbury
Time and Day of Event: Saturdays at 9:30 am to 10:30 am
Group fee: $5 per meetup. One free meetup for first time attendee.
