We will start from scratch, making the sushi rice and prepping all ingredients, then making the rolls and, finally, slicing and enjoying them. There will be a charge for each person's share of ingredients (I think about $10, or less). [Be aware: this will be in my small home kitchen and my 2 cats will be present, so I regret that anyone who is allergic or is not a cat fancier should probably not attend.] Please bring knives you like to work with and a cutting board if you can. Also feel free to bring any sushi ingredients you like to cook with and/or eat. I will supply some saki for us to share as we cook and eat.
