Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga poses will relax and calm your entire body and mind. These slow gentle postures are supported by props and allow the entire body to open and relax. Also learn how to breathe deep as you gently stretch and match your movements to your breath. This is a class that is slow and low to the ground. It is a safe class and great for all levels. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a friend. All first time students to this class only pay $5. If you have any questions please call. What we're about

Regardless if you are new to meditation or a seasoned meditator this group is great for all levels. During this one hour class for the first 15 min you will be guided to focus your attention on your breath while using non-judgmental awareness of physical sensations, thoughts and feelings through sitting meditation. Then for the next 25 min you will be guided through a progressive body relaxation/body scan. The last 20 min will be devoted to other mindful practices and discussion. Each meditation session will leave you feeling renewed, centered, and at peace. This class will help reconnect you with your sense of wholeness and teach you how to experience greater balance in your life. This group is lead by Basia Toczek, M.A., NTP, CNHP, RYT who is a trained Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction facilitator and Certified Yoga Teacher.
