Introduction to HPC & Azure Batch

We will meet Tuesday, August 1st, 2017 at The Iron Yard St Pete. Doors will open at 6:30pm and the presentations will begin sharply at 7:00 pm. Along with a great presentation, we'll have food and raffle prizes. Be sure to RSVP so we know how much food is needed.

Introduction to HPC & Azure Batch

Wondered on how SETI@Home or Folding@Home work? and interested on making your own private one? We will take a look on what is High-Performance Computing (HPC), various forms of HPC, what they can do for us and then, we will start building our own in Azure using Azure Batch.
