Spin after the Setting Sun I (ride indoors)

WHAT: With the Wednesday night outdoor rides coming to a close, lets keep up our fitness levels with indoor cycling - 60 minutes of, calorie busting, heart rate pumping fun - suitable for every level of rider!.

Tuesday class = 75 min BreakAway Cycle 75 (usually set to video)

Thursday class = 60 min BreakAway Epic Cycle 60 (set to video)

WHEN: We will alternate between the Tuesday and Thursday night 6pm classes, at BreakAway Cycle & Strength studio (http://breakawaylongmont.com/). Be sure to arrive 15 mins early to get changed/set up.

Note: This is not a SVCG reserved class, but is a class that we recommend, and one that you will likely see other members attending. The classes are a blast, and with other club members suffering with you, it makes it even more fun :).

COST: $12 for a drop in rate (single class), $55 for a 5-class pass, $100 for a 10-class pass, $200 for a 20-class pass, & $240 for a 30-class pass. When purchasing these passes, use coupon code "club" for a 10% discount!.

ABOUT BREAKAWAY: BreakAway group cycling is not like other spin classes you may have tried. Here, the principles of outdoor cycling are followed indoors, with the assistance of heart rate and power monitoring through our Performance IQ system (similar to systems like Computrainer). The number of open spots for the class is shown on the schedule page, you can Sign Up for the class if there is openings, or choose to be on a wait list. The Reservation window opens up a 7 days in advance of each class, Spots are filled on a first come first served basis!.
