This is a group for anyone interested in being active, eating nutritious foods, practicing yoga, and overall wellness. We'll do outdoor activities like hiking, biking and kayaking. We'll also do other activities such as yoga, dancing, and healthy eating. I started this group to bring together people with similar interests. I happen to be a certified yoga instructor who's happy to teach and learn. Looking forward to spending time with others who want to live well! Note: Feel free to join, even if not all these activities appeal to you or if you want to suggest other wellness-related activities. I try to be flexible!
