The Stamford Health and Well-being Group is an opportunity for like-minded women of all ages to come together in a relaxed environment to focus on the health and well-being issues that affect many of us every day.
Nutrition, stress, weight, sleep disorders, lack of confidence, the inevitable menopause (with its many joys), and overall fitness are just some of the challenges that we cope with day in, day out, often alone, and while leading very busy lives juggling work, family or both.
Focused chat (and hopefully a lot of laughs!) on these issues and more, is not all that's on offer. This group aims to share opportunities for positive change.
There will be advice on what to do and where to go to improve our physical and mental well-being, as well as occasional expert guest speakers and discounts on local fitness classes, food outlets and products.
