In this talk, app developer and CEO, Cassandra Wilcox, will demystify and address common misconceptions around hiring and managing developers for tech startup founders who are ready to build their software and need to hire help. Attendees will learn about:

Cassandra Wilcox is the CEO at Code Hangar, an app development company that specializes in helping founders build and release software early while working to establish their own in-house product team and development processes. She has over 10 years of professional experience working with business of varying sizes, from lean, single founder startups, to large companies with big budgets, helping them design, build, and coordinate the launch of their apps. In her free time she enjoys sharing her passion for software development with the community as Advisory Board member of Orlando Devs and Chapter Leader of Girl Develop It Orlando.
