You'll write five user interview questions on your own. Then we'll look at what almost everyone writes, and why those questions get you a polite answer instead of the truth. Then you'll rewrite them.
You'll also watch a real interview, live, so you can see the difference rather than just hear about it.
FORMAT
Sixty minutes. You do the work. This is not a talk. Nobody presents, nobody gets critiqued, and your notes stay yours.
