We are privileged to hear from Atta Elayyan, CEO of Christchurch-based app development company LWA Solutions.

Atta co-founded the company in 2010 and has certainly had his fair share of adventures as they grew the company to a team of 12, with kiwi customers such as Trade Me, Mediaworks, Silver Fern Farms and Ports of Auckland.

Overseas they’ve also impressed, last year delivering an app for Aramex, the largest logistics and transport company in the Middle East, which turned smartphones into scanners facilitating a BYOD solution that completely transformed how Aramex do business.

Growing a development company is tremendously difficult with big competitors and crowded marketplaces, but Atta and the team used some sharp strategies from early on to get exposure and stand out from the crowd.

Nominated as a Rising Star in 2015 and a Finalist in 2015 and 2016 at the Microsoft New Zealand Partner Awards, the growth of LWA Solutions is a story you won’t want to miss.
