This month we are hearing the entrepreneurial adventures of Craig Rowland, Founder and CEO of Sandfly Security (https://www.sandflysecurity.com/), a tool which offers new and creative security solutions for protecting Linux network infrastructure. Craig is an internet security entrepreneur that has made his career in technology start-ups.
He began his career working with U.S. Air Force Information Warfare Center veterans at Wheelgroup Corporation which was acquired by Cisco Systems, Inc.
Later, as founder, president, and CTO of Psionic Technologies, Craig lead the creation of the world's first automated network attack response system, ClearResponse. Craig raised venture capital funding and oversaw product design and development leading to an acquisition by Cisco Systems, Inc. as well.
He was also an early stage consultant for TippingPoint Technologies which produced the market leading intrusion prevention system (acquired by 3Com).
