Hear from Chartered Accountant and startup advocate, Anthony "Antz" Rohan, all about accounting for startups.

Antz founded Fairground Accounting six years ago out of the Enspiral network in Wellington as a way of supporting startup businesses, especially those which had a social mission. He likes to challenge businesses to consider what impact they're having on people and the planet, while still generating a profit.

In this session, Antz will be discussing actionable takeaways which are relevant for active startups from early to established revenue. Learn how to effectively manage your cashflow and plan ahead to scale your business to the next stage. Specific topics covered will include: compliance, taxation, accounting systems, sales forecasting, budgeting and managing of startup expenses and grants, KPIs and metrics.
