David is co-founder and CEO of Treble Network, a new platform that is fundamentally disrupting the traditional business networking paradigm. He's a software executive with over 25 years experience leading multiple Fortune 500 and early stage technology companies specializing in software, hardware and professional services.
Eric Orlinsky - Treble & Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP) (Co-founder of Treble and Partner)
Eric is a partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr in Baltimore. He concentrates his practice in general business and securities law. He chairs the firm’s Private Equity/Venture Capital Practice. In his Private Equity practice, he has represented many companies raising venture capital funding, as well as numerous venture capital, private equity and angel investors.

Chris Haug, Chapter Director
Chris is the Columbia, mid-Maryland Startup Grind Chapter Director and Founder | CEO of 360° Strategy Solutions Group. He's a veteran of three start-ups of his own including the first sporting goods specialty e-commerce retailer and played critical roles in the creation and growth of 12 additional ventures. He's active in the mid-Maryland Tech and Innovation community through his involvement with the Howard Tech Council and Maryland Center for Entrepreneurship.
Ellen Stokes, Community Communications & Marketing
Ellen Stokes is a highly regarded strategic marketing, communications and business development executive, with years of leadership in branding, market development, digital strategy, market research, management and revenue generation. She brings a wide perspective from her experience in industry, healthcare, higher education and non-profits. Ellen works with companies to develop brands, target markets, align marketing and sales strategies, and implement marketing plans. She has worked with startups as well as multi-million dollar companies to drive revenue, increase efficiency and help make strategic connections. Ellen holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, where she studied marketing and operations research and was honored with membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the business honor society. Her BA in Business Administration with a minor in Economics is from Bowling Green State University.
Joe Barndt, Operations & Logistics
Joe Barndt serves as Chapter Ambassador for Startup Grind's Columbia chapter and is responsible operations and development for the chapter. He continually works to create new exciting forms of community engagement by developing new events and refining meeting formats. Lastly he works to enlarge the network for the chapter by finding additional partnerships and recruiting new members. Joe was raised by a hay farmer and a French teacher in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. Growing up as part of a successful small business taught him a lot of what it takes to make it as an owner. Namely hard work, sacrifice, and intelligent investments. Throughout his career he has continually looked for ways to improve processes to make work more efficient and to save companies money. These improvements have ranged from automation of account reconciliations to brand new detailed forecasting of funding and cash for a $9 billion dollar portfolio. His passion for helping others develop creative solutions is what led him to management consulting and joining Startup Grind.
Anne Howard, Community Development
Anne Howard has spent the last 20 years in the education space, as an accomplished executive offering extensive experience managing operations, sales, business development, and team leadership in high-visibility, customer-focused environments. Anne became a curious “tech geek” when she saw how technology could provide a personalized experience and allow learners of all ages to customize how they learn and perform with the use of technology. Anne decided to take her curiosity of technology and started her own consulting business. She works with small start-up companies as well as established companies in the technology, education, and investing space. Both entities looking for ways to grow revenue and find new areas of business to increase the top and bottom line of their businesses Outside of the office, Anne is an avid rower, loves to travel, make a mean playlist on ITunes, and be with family and friends. Specialties: Sales – Education Technology, Program/Project Management, Product Development, Strategic Growth, Marketing, Business Planning, and P&L/Finance.
Patrick Rockhill, Community Logistics and Data Analytics
As Ambassador and Chief Technical Grinder for the Columbia Chapter, Patrick Rockhill brings over thirty years of entrepreneurial experience in business and civic group management and marketing, mostly as principal and co-founder. He helped build a half-dozen such organizations and sold his last major one eight years ago. During his entrepreneurial career, he also developed and installed full-stack, enterprise-wide systems in over 75 contact centers throughout the U.S. and Canada. His current venture is developing innovative technological solutions to problems in the communications media space. Patrick can often be found in geek mode improving and expanding that platform. At home, Patrick encourages and helps the pre-school grandkids to read (a lot); while out in the community, he invests his time in drug education and recovery programs.
