Assess or Be Assessed. How to Incorporate DE&I into Organization Culture From Day One.

Learn from Tanida Mullen, and Zoe Moore, CADAZO Consulting Group, how you can be proactive with your Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) journey. Understand the difference between proactive (open and growth mode) and reactive (closed and defensive mode) and being open to wading into some unfamiliar territory while gathering information necessary to make changes.

Learn the three pillars of DEI - what you need to do, what you need to know and understand before you try to implement a DEI strategy in your organization and, discover how to assess your current situation. After all, you do not know what you do not know.
