Yossi Moldawsky (Plus Ventures)
Yossi Moldawsky is highly involved in the Israeli Start-up Industry for the last 16 years and has extensive experience in investing, nurturing and mentoring early stage start-ups from inception to profitability.
Yossi is the Co-Founder & Active Chairman of Plus Ventures (www.plus.ventures), one of the most active early stage technology investors in Israel, with a lucrative portfolio of over 35 companies.
Plus Ventures' unique structure consists of 3 investment vehicles, including Explore.Dream.Discover, a licensed technology Incubator (www.exploreventures.co.il).
Yossi is the first investor in Cimagine (recently sold to Snap), Yotpo, Meerkat/Houseparty, WSC Sport, CallVU, Knowmail, Rollout, Carambola, Silverfort and more.
These days Yossi is in the process of establishing HomeRun Vnetures, the first SportsTech VC in Israel
Yossi is also an active 'angel' investor and was chosen as one of the top leading 'angel' investors in Israel by TheMarker.
Yossi serves as a Board Member of the Israel Advanced Technology Industries (IATI), where he represents the early stage investor's community.
Yossi Lecturer about Entrepreneurship at leading academic institutions and is a Keynote speaker in technology events & conventions.
Moreover, Yossi is an Acceptance committee member/Mentor/Judge in numerous start-up programs (Microsoft Ventures accelerator, Citibank accelerator, IBM accelerator, Samsung Runway accelerator, Inno-Negev accelerator, BizTec, Hamadgera accelerator, Tech for Good accelerator) and is the Former Chief Mentor of StarTAU, Tel-Aviv University's Entrepreneurship Center.
Yossi holds an LLB from Bar Ilan University and an MBA from the Technion.
Yossi serves as a Member of the Managing Board of Friends of Technion Institute.
Serve as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of "Let the Animals Live" NPO, a member of the Board of Trustees of "Larger than Life" NPO, and a Board Member of the the Israeli chapter of "the International Award for young people".
Yossi serves as a Board Member at Maccabi Rishon Lezion Basketball Club And is the former Owner and Chairman of both Hapoel Ramat Hasharon Football Club and Hapoel Petah Tikva Football Club, and a former Board Member at Hapoel Jerusalem basketball Club.
Yossi was a Member of the investors' panel of "The Sharks", Channel 10, Israeli TV.
