Cofounding The Right Way: Workshop by Jana Nevrlka

Needs a location

THIS IS A PAID EVENT - PURCHASE YOUR TICKET IN THE LINK BELOW https://www.startupgrind.com/events/details/startup-grind-zurich-presents-cofounding-the-right-way-workshop-by-jana-nevrlka/ The toughest tests in your startup’s life don’t happen in toughest times, but after. In order to avoid the Zuckerberg-Saverin fiasco of who was behind the billion dollar idea, divide the shares in your startup fairly from day one. A great tool for that is Slicing Pie – it is a simple formula based on the principle that a person’s % share of the equity should always be equal to that person’s share of the at-risk contributions. In this workshop, led by entrepreneur and author Jana Nevrika, you will learn about different equity split options that you as a founder can consider, common pitfalls and best practices, and how to implement the Slicing Pie model. Agenda 6:00 PM: Check-in and networking 6:15 PM: Workshop starts 8:00 PM: Workshop wrap-up --- Speaker Jana Nevrlka - Cofounding My name is Jana Nevrlka, I am the founder of Cofounding and the author of Cofounding The Right Way. I help founders build cofounding teams that win and last, using the seven steps Cofounding Framework. After working with 1000+ cofounding teams using the Cofounding Framework, I know how to help you setup your business partnership right from the start!
