Ever wonder what funding might be available locally for Startups? Or wonder how best to approach a funding application?

This month we are delighted to have Callum Williamson joining us to shed some light on the subject of funding and funding applications.

Callum is the Community Partnerships Lead at New Plymouth District Council. Callum has experience on both sides of the funding and contracting table, after working for central and local government, and the community and voluntary sector. Callum has significant experience in funding, and what successful applications look like. Callum will discuss how local government can support, in particular social enterprise start-ups, and how start-ups in general can help themselves when applying for grants.

Filling out the local funding landscape Callum will be joined by Nick Field of Venture Taranaki, to talk about the various funding programmes available there.

Join us at Manifold for this incredibly helpful talk. Pizza and beers from 5:30pm.
