What we're about

Do you have a idea that you would like to turn into a real business in the French or U.S markets but don't know where to start? This three-day intensive workshop will take you through the process of creating a business model to preparing your business to be launched. Gone are the days of spending months (or even years) to write a lengthy business plan based purely on research and untested speculation.

Using proven principles of the Lean Startup and other methods, you will have the active tools needed to develop and test your idea, receive professional and peer feedback and get your product or service to your clients as quickly as possible.

The content of this workshop includes:

• Creating a Business Model

• Customer Development

• Value Proposition

• Customer Segments

• Distribution Channels

• Customer Relationships

• Revenue Models

• Partners and Suppliers

• Human, Financial, Physical and Intellectual Resources

• Why Startups Fail and What to Do About It

This workshop will be presented in English. There is a minimum of six and maximum of 10 participants.

Living in France since 2007, I'm an American-French MBA, entrepreneur and professor of Entrepreneurship and E-Commerce at Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) and Leadership at the Sorbonne CELSA in Paris. When I am not busy running and growing my own U.S. company or guiding others in the realization of their own start-up dreams, you can find me wandering the trails of the Bois de Bolougne, badly conjugating French verbs and dreaming about my next visit to Iran.
