Welcome! StartupDorf hosts events like the regular StartupDorf Gründerstammtisch that will give us a chance to introduce to each other and share great ideas, with several presentation opportunities to demo your startup business.
Background Gründerstammtisch: Every first Wednesday of the month, StartupDorf offers a diverse program made for the startup scene in North Rhine-Westphalia, and because of our central location in Düsseldorf, we naturally have many friends on the Rhine and Ruhr.
Since mid-2013, we have been hosting the Gründerstammtisch and have made our format one of the most successful founder scene meetups in Germany.
The event platform Meetup.com has listed us among the top ten in its overview of the largest entrepreneurial networking meetings in Germany. Our Stammtisch appears alongside events in Berlin and Munich. Not bad, we think – when you compare it to the startup scene in the really big startup hubs in Germany.

Der erste StartupDorf Gründerstammtisch des Jahres ist traditionell etwas Besonderes – und auch 2026 starten wir mit einem Abend, der Austausch, Einordnung, Einblicke verbindet und echte Aufbruchstimmung versprüht. Zum Jahresauftakt begrüßt StartupDorf zwei Gründerpersönlichkeiten aus dem NRW-Startup-Ökosystem:

Swantje bringt über 20 Jahre journalistische Erfahrung aus Chefredaktion, Newsrooms und Geschäftsführung mit.
Peter ist Seriengründer und hat das Startup-Ökosystem in NRW über Jahre mit dem Digital Innovation Hub Düsseldorf/Rheinland mitgeprägt.
Gemeinsam stehen sie mit unlock in einer frühen, spannenden Phase und starten 2026 durch.
