This group is about providing hands-on consulting and training to founders / business leaders on topics related to tech sales:

**What is it?
A hands on training session where experienced sales professionals train startups that want to improve sales to foreign markets.

**How it works?
We meet each time for a 2 hour small group training about a specific aspect of the sales process.

We aim to go beyond the basics by sharing best practice, methodologies, insights, and dive into what works and what doesn’t, leading to practical steps to implement.

Participation will be limited to 20-25 people to keep the quality of the discussion.

**Who is it for?
Early-stage companies that already have an MVP/ funding / Some customers and are looking to increase sales overseas.
