This is our first workshop!
Thanks a lot to Tritech(www.tritech.se) for hosting this event and making this workshop possible!
Topic: since we have 0x0C we do something that starts with C :-)
We are going to have a one hour talk, than some food and drink and the workshop.
So come with your notebook, or find someone to pair up to do some mob programming, this will be fun!
We open 17:30, have some intro 17:50 and starts at 18:00.
Florent Castelli will guide us through the evenings topic.
About the evening program:
CMake is a tool designed to help you build and test your software. It is now more popular than ever and is now supported by some major IDEs and libraries, including Android Studio, CLion, QtCreator or Visual Studio.
Let's cover the basics, understand how CMake works and how to write modern and extensible cross-platform build scripts with CMake.
We'll cover some examples on how to enable some modern C++ tooling through CMake, improving code quality and build times.
We will then move on to a workshop where I can help you with various exercises related to CMake covering introductory tasks for new users or more advanced tasks for the experienced ones.
