The program in details:
Paul Dreik: Fuzzing for developers
Fuzzing is a method for generating interesting inputs to programs. It is an important tool for finding security holes. Lots and lots of critical bugs have been found and mitigated using services like oss-fuzz.
We will go through what the fundamental problems are and learn how to set up fuzzing for an example project as a complement to other testing.
Paul is a senior C++ developer working as an independent consultant. He has a background in automatic control and robotics. His interests are software quality, security and mathematical programming.
Tobias Hieta : Modernizing Plex C++ toolchain with Clang and Conan.
This talk will walk you through how Plex modernized their C++ toolchain with the help of Conan dependency manager and the Clang compiler. The Plex Media Server ships on many different platforms and architectures and that created a lot of interesting problems.
Tobias is the team lead for Developer tools at Plex, he is also the co-host of the Swedish programming podcast Kodsnack.
