Hi all...

Who among us isn't interested to improve our Fitness and Health! How many us however, are able to understand the options out there and choose from those options, that help us the most? Strength is the most basic adaptation and is the most effective when it comes to improving our Fitness and Health...much more than what Cardio Exercises can do for us.

Let's get together as a community across all age groups and understand the importance of improving our Strength and Fitness. We will greatly improve our quality of life, confidence that we exhibit and this will show as improved performance across all aspects of our life...at home, at school/college, at work...wherever.

Athletes from ALL sports disciplines can improve upon their performance VASTLY, as Strength is the MOST BASIC of all adaptations.

None of these can be accomplished without proper Nutrition. So, let's understand and inculcate Nutritious Food Habits too. Come on, guys & gals (of ALL age groups)...let's meet and improve our Strength, Fitness and Health !!!
