For the next few Meet-Ups we are doing a deep dive into the Gallup Press Book, "Strengths based Leadership" by Tom Rath and Barry Conchie. Each Meet-Up we will review one of the four basic needs of followers (Trust, Compassion, Stability, and Hope).
