If you are tired of juggling kids, house, work and feel anxious, overwhelmed, sad or exhausted, join our 8-Week Program.
You will learn coping skills, how to identify distressing thoughts and unhealthy behaviors, and how to meditate.
In our meetings we will also discuss the best-seller book Mindfulness: An Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World (2011) by Mark Williams and Danny Penman.
