Lift is short and there plenty of things to do to have fun. If you have the strength, you can enjoy ton of things around. Strength workouts shouldn't be longer. Our location is a fitness gym. Whenever you have free time, drop by for a 30 min HIIT workout and see how fast you can get fit and strong. You can drop by individually or as a group since there are NO Specific Class Times. Workouts are mostly based on your body weight resistance and some Boxing & Kickboxing. Don't worry since there are no sparing or person to person contact. This Meetup is for any body type or fitness level living or working few miles from Eagan or Woodbury, MN. Any of our friendly trainers will show you how to have fun while working out when you come in.
