We meet regularly on the second and fourth Mondays each month. A typical meeting has about 10-15 attendees, ranging in age and genders, with opportunities for everyone to speak each session. Visitors are warmly encouraged to check us out. Pay us a visit and see why we're the friendliest Toastmasters in town!

What we're about

Studio City Speakers is one of only eleven self-identified LGBTQIA+ ( Toastmasters Clubs around the world, an added benefit of cultural as well as professional diversity. All members and guests are welcome, including our LGBTQIA+ ( allies.

It is our belief that polishing your public speaking skills will help you in all aspects of your professional life as well as finding new and interesting ways to express your interests. Our club's key mission is to have fun and enjoy building our public speaking skills. Toastmasters is also equally adept at building your leadership skills.

The Benefits are Clear: Improved speaking, listening, thinking and leadership skills. Discovering hidden abilities and awaking latent talents. Acquiring an expanded vision of the role of communication. Increased self-esteem through active participation in personal development. Toastmasters is extremely cost-effective and many times employers are willing to fund membership. Our twice a month Monday evening meeting format is good for busy people. Our club is non-intimidating, friendly and has a fun atmosphere. There are unlimited opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Interested in attending a Toastmasters Meeting? Our club is always on the hunt for individuals who want to develop their speaking skills are willing to both make the effort to do so and be willing to help others who have the same goals. That is Toastmasters!

Important notes: The club meets every 2nd and 4th Monday. We meet at Oil Can Harry's and we enter the club through the back door at ground level. The front door to the club is locked. Plenty of free parking and best to be there about 10 minutes early.
