Having spent a lot of time "studying" Enterprise Agility in this meetup I thought it would be good to start putting what we've learnt into practise!

On Wednesday 13th February we will be joined by Cure Parkinson’s Trust’s Deputy Director of Research, Simon Stott, who’ll be talking about the challenges faced in getting treatments for Parkinson’s Disease through trialling and available to people who have Parkinson’s.

We will then break into groups and begin exploring ideas, creating hypothesis and defining experiments which we can execute and use to validate various approaches aimed at significantly reducing the lead time between the treatment trials and available for use. Theses activities will be facilitated by Alberta Soranzo (E2E Service Design & Systems Thinking Director at Lloyds Banking Group), James Enoch (Enterprise Agility Coach, Adaptavis) and Marcus Dimbleby (Agile and Leadership Coach, Adaptavis).

This will be the first of a series of meetups where we’ll be applying Entrepreneurial practises, Hypothesis Driven Development, Agile delivery and DevOps to achieve outcomes that will make a material difference to people who are suffering from a quite awful condition.

So, whether you’re new to Enterprise Agility or are an experienced practitioner, whether you’re in a leadership position or involved in hands on technical delivery, come along and join us at Stack Overflow's London HQ so that together we can make a real difference to people’s lives.
