Paula Biltmore has spent the last 25 years working with individuals in education, business, science, technology, and medicine to understand their operational flow and how to shift into a value based, authentic growth focused organization one individual at a time. This means optimizing individual’s gifts and talents while focusing on creative and effective organizational operations. Paula has presented these topics regionally through her own radio show and magazine columns and nationally through various conferences, specifically focusing on strategic planning, financial authenticity aligned with office and operational procedure development and tactical action strategies. Her focus is to aid everyone within an organization in identifying the path to creating cohesive and dynamic teams, developing cutting edge training and education programs that also maintain a foundation of research based, customer-driven models that work, and a solid focus on balancing an organization’s values with their desired bottom line. Paula earned her BA in Psychology, her Master’s in Education Leadership and completed all coursework toward her PhD in Leadership.
Presenter: Jack Morris
Jack moved to Sarasota a year ago. A career marketing-advertising professional with over 35 years of experience in; brand management, retail food, full-service ad agency (for Chick fil-A and Georgia-Pacific), and hospitality (e.g. lodging, dining, recreation, and special events). He transitioned into a 2nd career as a college instructor with responsibilities in both the Communication and Business-Hospitality Colleges at Georgia State University for over 15 years. He holds a MBA in Marketing Management from New York University and completed his Doctoral courses in Communication at GSU. His expertise is in all facets of new product development as applied to various business and academic categories, and situations.

Jeremy is a digital marketing expert with over 10 years of experience. He was born and raised in the state of Florida. Jeremy holds a BFA from The Art Institutes. His expertise is in website design, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid advertising campaigns (PPC), email marketing, and social media marketing. His passion lies in helping businesses of all sizes, from one-person small businesses to franchises and enterprises, increase revenue through digital marketing. Jeremy has generated millions of dollars of revenue for his clients. He currently owns multiple digital marketing agencies as well as a startup software company that is innovating and revolutionizing the industry of digital marketing.
