The webinar will discuss what is meant by company culture and identify the attitudes and behaviors that define the culture. We will describe how creating the culture is only the first step. Company culture must then be embraced and followed to attract and recruit the best employees for your business who then create positive customer experiences.

Linda is an attorney with a specialty in communications law. Her most recent position was as Chief Administrative Officer of Urban One, a public company with radio, television, and internet properties. She founded MPowerment Consulting specifically to advise entrepreneurs on legal and business issues. During her career she has focused on innovative and client-focused solutions addressing strategic planning, risk management, complex negotiations, and internal communications. She holds a BA from Gettysburg College, a JD from George Washington University, and a Diploma in Soviet Studies from the University of Glasgow.
