Sitting & Walking Monthly Meditation (4th Tuesdays)


This monthly meditation will reinforce the Sangha, or group, meditative support. Meditation is in the style of Thich Nhat Hanh and includes contemplative readings while you sit for 15 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of walking with suggested Ghatas to focus on, concluding with 15 minutes of sitting or lying down while meditating. We'll conclude each session with the sharing of any thoughts individuals might have with sacred respect for each person.

Carol Cannon began meditating 47 years ago and will guide you to a deeper place of inner peace, away from the business of the outer world.
Chairs will be available. If you prefer to lay down, feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, bolster & eye covering.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin on time!
