Presented by Walter Kaminski, YOUandMeRealty.com
Walt Kaminski will be delivering a fast-paced evening, including a multimedia presentation, followed by a fun and interactive experience at SREIA’s upcoming meeting on 2 October.
Modeled after the increasingly-popular PechaKucha Night format (20 slides for 20 seconds each), he will be combining visual slides with some video to present a fast-paced experience covering multiple areas of real estate investing. This portion of the evening will be a whirlwind experience, so you’ll want to be prepared to pay close attention to capture some useful nuggets from the broad range of material that will be presented.
Following the presentation will be a round of real-estate Jeopardy with audience participation. Walt has developed a wide variety of answers (and questions) that will range from easy to some that may even stump the expert investor, covering a wide range of real estate investing topics.
How well will you stand up to the Jeopardy challenge? No matter how well you do, you can demonstrate your knowledge and experience while you can also learn from the more challenging answers. I’m pretty sure you’ll find you can do both.
Join us for a unique evening of fun, entertainment, and education at our October SREIA evening meeting.
Walter is a long-time SREIA Member who has explored and experienced many of the moving parts in the veritable cornucopia that real estate provides. He learned early that, "It's not when YOU get into real estate, it's when real estate gets into YOU!"
For the last 20+ Years, Walter has invested in tax certificates, tax deed properties, learned mom-&-pop landlording, managed rental duplexes, created notes with mobile home "Lonnie deals," chased mortgage foreclosures, and pursued the elusive "tired landlords." He considers himself fortunate to be a member of and learn from the fabulous real estate community/market that we have here in Tampa Bay.
When getting started, Walter leveraged his time, energy, and money while learning real estate investing. Walter also became a real estate broker while working a J.O.B. as an electronic technician at the U.S. Postal Service for 25+ years after serving in the U.S. Air Force.
Our General Meeting is the first Tuesday of each month and we invite newcomers to investing to see what we are about. Come join us and see how we can help you in your investment career. We are a not-for-profit educational group for the Real Estate Investment Community.
Signing up for the SREIA Meetup does not make you a member of SREIA. Additional information about SREIA, how to become a member, and details of upcoming meetings can be found at:
