About Jerry:

Jerry Davies is a CPA and shareholder with Davies & Kerr Consulting, Inc., an accounting, tax and consulting firm. He has a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and over 30 years of experience, working with real estate investors on tax strategies and on setting up entities. He also helps structure transactions and deals most effectively. This is especially important since tax laws are complicated and taxes can be a large percentage of the equation. He has an intimate understanding from both sides of the table as he is a real estate investor himself.

Davies & Kerr produce seminars and lectures for business groups and associations and write articles for journals and newsletters. Jerry is a member of AICPA, is a QuickBooks Pro advisor, and is on the board of directors of Suncoast Real Estate Investors Association
