It’s been more than a few years since SREIA has presented “60 Ideas in 60 Minutes” and it’s one of our programs that’s a favorite of our members.
Learn about all types of subjects relevant to real estate, while you enjoy a night of fun while presenters, members, and guests share educational tips. The tips will be presented at a fast pace, so we can pack a wealth of knowledge into our regular meeting time.
Presenters from the front of the room will take turns presenting their tips. The audience is encouraged to interrupt, raise their hand, and give their own helpful ideas regarding real estate. Hopefully, the presenters up front will say something that will trigger your thoughts about an idea to share.
If someone in the room does not understand a tip as it’s presented, they can say, “Please explain further” or “Give more information.”
Tips will be about, but are not limited to, marketing, accounting, rentals, wholesaling, legal issues, buying/selling, and much, much more.
People are encouraged to bring a list of their own ideas to share. Be sure to bring lots of paper so you can take notes on all the good ideas you’ll get.
As usual, meet fellow investors and vendors, win door prizes, drink coffee, learn a lot, and have fun.
