The Suncoast Technology Forum presents a dynamic presentation by Jane Barr on “Company Culture Series #3 - Hiring, Retaining, Letting Go – Getting the right people on (and off) the Bus?” and the benefits for your local Suncoast business. All technologists, business owners, educators, and local government representatives will gain tremendous insight on this topic! This is the third installment of a three-part series covering Company Culture. The stronger the culture of a company the more likely that a company will naturally hire people who fit into that culture whether the culture is toxic or high performing. If we want to have a company that is full of high performers than it is imperative that we develop a culture that is based on high performance. That leads to the questions, “What are the hallmarks of a high performing culture and how do we shift into that type of culture so that we always get the right people on the bus?”
