Instruments in Xcode 5

There are deeper features in Instruments that we haven't leveraged other than what we use on a daily basis. Indeed one can write a whole book about the subject. I think it will be worth while discussion and dive deeper in profiling our app! Just my 0.02 cents suggestion.
