What we're about

Join me every Sunday morning for an outdoor bootcamp! Regardless of age or physical abilities, this is a great way to stay fit (for free!) and meet new people.

The workout will focus on body weight exercises and mix strength, stretching and cardio. 1hr of sweat and fun!
