Whatever you want to achieve and wherever you are on your personal journey when it comes to your health and fitness, it’s physical and mental, I want to provide a safe, friendly space for you to stay positive, stay motivated and keep going on your journey.
I’m a qualified PT and I have insurance, so the sessions will be centred around fitness, generally with a goal of cardio fitness and fat loss to be achieved... but I will also be bringing in some stuff I’ve learned from my life coach and trying to help you with something I’m just starting to get to grips with myself after a long struggle: loving yourself!
It’s no secret that exercise releases happy hormones, so let’s use that to our advantage together and have some positive sessions.
I’ll also welcome anyone who would like to add any elements that would bring value to attendees, like yoga stretching, meditation techniques, or even just your amazing stories. This group will be totally free so any contributions in the actual delivery will be welcomed most openly!
