The Sunnyvale Buying Houses for Profit Group is an expansion of the very successful Fremont based "Bay Area Private Money Lender Group" to provide a convenient venue for members residing in Santa Clara County. Our goal is to facilitate networking opportunities for lenders, investors, rehabbers and real estate developers. We also provide education in the area of finding, buying, fixing and flipping Ugly Houses and properties with re-development potential, with attention to presenting opportunities for investment.
