Sunrise Beach Yoga was created to bring together a group of like minded individuals who love yoga, the beach, and the sunrise (& moonrise). My name is Pedro and I love yoga and creating community!
No prior yoga experience required, and all levels welcome! I look forward to guiding and practicing with you!
Our Beach Yoga classes are held on Boynton Beach at Oceanfront Park at 6415N N Ocean Blvd
What To Bring: A yoga mat or large sheet/blanket. The best set up is to place a large sheet or tapestry on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat.
There is no fee $ for class. This simply a community meetup with good people.

There is a large parking lot for you to park in. We meet at the SOUTH END of the lot and then walk down the stairs to beach. When you pull in go alllll the way down to the end! Use the park mobile app to pay for parking.

Join us for a calming 4-week journey designed to melt away tension, calm the nervous system, and restore ease in your body.
Unwind & Release blends the soothing, mindful movements of Gentle Yoga with the targeted self-massage techniques of Myofascial Release (MFR) — an accessible, science-backed method to relieve tight muscles and fascia.
Whether you’re new to yoga, curious about MFR, or simply craving deeper relaxation, this beginner-friendly series will give you tools to release physical tension, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling lighter, freer, and more at home in your body.
Each week we’ll focus on a different area of the body and a theme for stress relief:
Week 1 – Release the Weight of the World Learn the basics of MFR while melting away tension in the shoulders, neck, and back. Gentle heart-opening poses paired with targeted MFR will help you stand taller, breathe more freely, and begin building confidence in these new self-care techniques.
Week 2 – Soften & Ground Connect to your breath and create a sense of safety in your body. We’ll release tension from the feet, calves, quadriceps, and hamstrings — your foundation for posture, balance, and overall stability.
Week 3 – Free the Hips, Free the Mind Let go of the deep-seated stress stored in the hips. You’ll use yoga postures and MFR to release the glutes, outer hips, and IT band for more ease and mobility.
Week 4 – Spiral into Balance Experience the interconnectedness of your entire body as we work along the spiral lines of fascia — the fascial pathways that wrap diagonally around the body, linking the head to the feet and the left side to the right.
Through gentle yoga and targeted MFR, we’ll release rotational tension, improve stability, and integrate the work from previous weeks. You’ll leave feeling more aligned, balanced, and deeply connected from head to toe.
