Please have a solid plan to attend if you RSVP😊 ! Hula hoop fitness classes held on the beach on Indian Rocks Beach 18th Ave park.

My hula hoop fitness class is a fun, creative and structured class in which you can burn up to 420 calories an hour. Hoola-Fit increases core strength, balance, coordination and overall flexibility through exercise using adult size hula hoops. Even if you haven't ever used a hula hoop or hooped in years, you CAN be successful in class and you'll find my classes to be focused on fun and fitness in a non-stressful environment! I guarantee you'll smile, laugh and have a great time!

COST is $10. Look for me set up on the beach out front of the restrooms. 17th Ave Park in IRB across from Guppy's Restaurant. hoops are provided for class. Wear cotton & bring water. ADDITIONAL PARKING BEHIND GUPPIES AT THE CHURCH for a donation.

Please RSVP responsibly as I am planning on providing equipment for you if you say you are coming. Please wear cotton or your bare skin for best results. Hoops tend to slide around on synthetic fabrics. Bring some water and plan on having a lot of fun in a very beautiful, relaxed setting!
