What we’re about
We are all survivors, and this Meetup is for you if the trauma response you are experiencing is making it difficult for you to thrive. Traumatic events are registered and stored in our bodies and minds. That is why this Survive to Thrive Meetup offers ways to connect with your body, mind and spirit, in ways that you choose, with the support of other students and group members, and with the guidance of Lakshmi Linda Sirois, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, and a Certified Kundalini Research Institute yoga instructor.
