Join us for an inspiring evening where we will be hearing from some amazing people on the projects and ideas they are working on to make our world a better place!
It will be educational and most of all motivational! What action will it inspire in you for 2018?!
We will hear from:
Hubbub (https://www.hubbub.org.uk/ ), a charity that creates environmental campaigns with a difference. Hubbub is positive and design playful campaigns that inspire people to make healthier, greener lifestyle choices, which save money and bring people together. They concentrate on things people are passionate about and are relevant day-to-day, like food, fashion, homes and neighbourhoods. Hubbub keep things simple, offering practical and realistic solutions that help people to cut waste, make clothes last longer, save money and create cleaner spaces to live and work in.

Anna Pitt, writer, speaker and Love Food Hate Waste Champion - and a regular visitor to our MeetUps! Anna is passionate about reducing food waste and is a regular speaker on the food waste circuit. She also loves cooking and eating, and has combined these passions in her new book Leftover Pie: 101 ways to reduce your food waste.
Farooq Ullah, from UKSSD (https://www.ukssd.co.uk/ ) - the UK Stakeholders for Sustainable Development. UKSSD is has started the exciting work of a national plan to drive action on the SDGs in the UK. Find out how you could get involved!
